TIPS FOR GETTING THE MOST OUT OF YOUR SPA EXPERIENCE

Spa Policies and Procedures:

Time of arrival: We ask that you arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation time. This allows you the opportunity to begin the relaxation process. Arriving late will interfere with your treatment time and therefore may decrease their therapeutic effects. All reservations will end at their scheduled time so as not to delay the next guest.

Spa Etiquette: For the peace, quiet and mental well-being of our guests we request you leave cell phones and pagers off in all common areas. Throughout the spa, locker room and relaxation areas and elsewhere, all conversations should be kept at a low volume.

Gratuities/Tipping: Gratuities are accepted. However, they are not included in our service prices. In appreciation of outstanding service and at your discretion, you may leave gratuities at our reception desk.

Children Policy: For the safety of your children and to ensure the quality of services provided, children under the age of 13 are restricted from any of the spa treatment rooms. For those under the age of 18 receiving any services, parent or legal guardian

Valuables: Please leave all valuables at home. Spargo Salon and Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

For Your Convenience: Locker Room/Steam Room/Tower Shower Plush robes and sandals, hair dryers, brushes, combs, and additional hair care and body care items are provided in our locker rooms. Feel free to utilize the steam room and/or Kohler Tower shower before or after your treatment. Towels are provided throughout the locker room.

ROMA STEAM ROOM INSTRUCTIONS Press the “clock” key to turn steam ON. Pressing this key allows you to adjust desired length of the steam bath in 5 minute increments. When the timer reaches 0, the system will shut OFF. To manually turn system off press the “O” button. The “up” and “down” arrow keys are used to adjust the temperature. Temperature should not exceed 112 degrees. Steam will be produced momentarily.
